As a manager of several homeowners associations, I have had a lot of experience working with a variety of contractors and I can honestly say that your company is among the best. Your commitment to performing quality work and your effort to get the job done on time were crucial to the successful completion of the recent pool remodel at Devil' s Thumb Homeowners' Association. As you know, the board of directors spent over a year writing the specifications and getting bids for that job, which included replacing the pool deck, rewiring all of the electrical, installing new vacuum lines and fill lines, installing new tile, .recessed steps, skimmers, coping and grab-rail anchors. This was a $135,OOO project for the HOA and they decided to purchase extra insurance by having you supervise the project, at an additional cost. As a upper-end custom home builder, quality sub-contractors are the key to my business. Aquality Construction has built two pools for my company; the Carlton Residence and the Jaffee Residence. Both of these jobs were indoor pools in high-end residences. Aquality was responsible for layout and construction of the pools, associated mechanical equipment, and pool surrounds. Both of these pools were of custom design and finish. Since these were indoor pools Aquality had to coordinate their work and schedule with many other trades, and also had to deal with very difficult soil and water table conditions on both sites. Despite it all, the jobs went very well. Aquality's work was performed on time and to high standards. Customer concerns were addressed promptly and completely. From the very beginning I really appreciated dealing with you directly on the discussions of the design and building of the pool. When I had questions you would always immediately call me back with the answer. The actual building of the pool went very smoothly. There were no extra fees and your timetable was, very precise.
