Many clients are surprised to hear of some of the alterations and additions that are possible with an existing pool! Most of our renovations take a diving pool with a small corner set of steps, and turn it into a more usable water depth with the addition of a sunshelf, steps and benches!

Our list of renovation services includes:

Go Green

To reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs for our clients we recommend installing energy-efficient equipment upgrades.

One of the most significant contributors to energy usage in a pool is the pump. We recommend replacing older, less efficient pumps with modern, energy-efficient models that can save up to 90% on energy costs. These pumps use variable speed technology to adjust their speed based on the pool's needs, reducing energy waste and providing better performance. Variable speed pumps are required to be installed in all new pools and spas, per the Department of Energy!

Installing high-performance filters also uses less energy to circulate water through the pool and improves the water quality.

Pool heaters are another area where energy-efficient upgrades can make a significant impact. Older heaters are typically about 80%-84% efficient, burning a significant amount of energy and increasing operating costs. On all new builds we only install 96% efficient heaters that use advanced technology to heat the pool more quickly and efficiently. A gas plumber may be required to assess the existing gas line to make sure the new heater will have sufficient gas supply.

LED lighting is another upgrade that can help reduce energy consumption. LED lights use up to 80% less energy than traditional lighting. They also provide better quality light, making the pool area more attractive and safer to use!

Finally, digital automation systems can help reduce energy consumption by optimizing pool operations. These systems can be remotely monitored and adjusted based on the pool's needs, reducing energy waste and lowering operating costs.
